Service Description

'STIQ' stands for 'Sunnydene Tutoring IQ", since the reasoning elements of the Kent Test have often been likened to IQ tests. However, this board game includes questions from all of the assessed areas of the Kent Test and is a fabulous way to learn and to increase familiarity with the types of questions that we should expect will be asked in the Kent Test, whilst having fun! I strive to thoroughly prepare my pupils for the Kent Test, whilst ensuring they remain calm and feel confident. All of my sessions are planned in line with this ethos and I've created this board game with these core values in mind. My STIQ sessions provide an opportunity for familiarisation and extra practice of English, maths, verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning and spatial reasoning questions, and the rules mean that everyone attempts every question, whether it's their turn or not, so these sessions will be fast paced, valuable and enjoyable. Each STIQ session will last 60 minutes and will cost £15 per child. There will be a maximum of 8 children at each session. Please send me a message if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to amend or cancel your booking with more than 48 hours notice I will endeavour to offer an alternative session; in this instance please contact me. If I am unable to offer an alternative session during the same term, I will 'carry forward' the payment that has already been made and this will show as a credit on your next invoice. This will apply for a maximum of 3 sessions, per pupil, per school year, after which further credits will not be offered. Refunds or credits will not be issued for sessions cancelled with fewer than 48 hours notice.
