Service Description
All core components of my Year 5 Kent Test preparation course will be fully covered by the end of our group sessions during the week commencing Monday 31st August, and by this date I will have addressed every key Kent Test area during my term-time sessions. However, for any pupils whose parents would like them to have some additional input in one or more of the assessed areas ahead of the Kent Test, an optional extra English group session is available on Monday 7th September. Please send me a message before booking, if you have any questions.
Cancellation Policy
If sessions are cancelled by a parent, or a pupil does not arrive for their sessions, a refund or reschedule will not be possible. In lieu of any sessions not attended, details of the work missed will be sent by email, so that children can complete the missed work at home instead. Sessions must be paid for, whether a child attends their session or not, since each child’s tuition ‘slot’ is reserved for them for the duration of the school year at the time of booking. ​Tutors on the Sunnydene Teaching Team endeavour to keep their own requests to change booked session times to an absolute minimum, but there may be very rare occasions when there is a need to request that we make an alternative arrangement. As much notice as possible will always be given, with an alternative day or time for a session offered wherever possible. If a tutor is not available for a scheduled session and a suitable alternative day and time cannot be found, a credit will be added to the next term’s invoice.​
